i have seen nuts and a couple of ppl shooting this location, and it always look heavenly...

actually, it's quite painful when I was in Xinjiang, coz every morning you need to get up very early to capture the perfect timing, the tempture is so low, always -10C.:mad2:

i just played with it, maybe somewhere in between 16:9 to 23:9 is better, but it is not going to be conventional..

Are you very close or far from this scene.. from your exif,you're using focus length at 50mm and shoot at F4.5 for this landscape-the last posted shot?? Is this a crop pix?

Most pple shoot Hemu from a hill overlooking the village. During in-season, have to go early to reserve your tripod space...... hehe
