Olympus finally replied me on their Facebook wall:

"Hi James, yes, the event is execlusive to our E-Club members only. Both 4/3 or micro 4/3 system owner can join our E-Club. Eclub | Olympus Imaging Singapore"

It is quite possible that the set on display will be a production set (just look out for the position of the playback button), but it could be flown in specially for the event. The bulk of the stock may still be in some airport warehouse somewhere. Anyway I am still targeting 15 Apr, which gives me one month to learn the camera and buy any additional lenses before heading to Europe.

last time when they say ep3 coming 4th week of Jul, it actually came 3rd week of Jul. Same happen to the arrival of 45mm f1.8, it actually came 1week earlier than expected. So if history repeats, it will arrive us on 2nd week of April, which is 8-14th April. cross fingers.

By the way I tried reading the manual to learn the camera in advance, but realised it is futile without a real camera in my hands. And the wait continues...
