I just bought last week at Funan Harvey Norman. 699 with 8gb card and extra original battery and screen protector. Call first maybe no more stock cause when i buy i am told only left white which i took. But i think prices have risen probably because of Japan situation and limited stock. When i surveyed, price at MS color was 675 at that time.

at IT show i got it for $695 incl GST plus 2 spare orgi batteries, brandless simple case, 8GB card + 16GB card, screen protector.. this was under courts.. maybe you can try there?

Just a update:

Finally I bought my white set with one extra spare battery, one kingston 8gd card and one screen protector for $690.00 at HV marine parade. Should anyone interest, please pm me and I will pass the contact for the sales person. Thanks everyone for the input, i'm enjoying my camera now.

Update : Just got mine the same price as NoiNoi - $690 at Bukit Panjang Plaza HN. They accept Capital Land vouchers if you guys have it. Freebies - Kingston 8GB Class 4 SDHC, 2nd Original Battery and 3" Screen Protector. No case or mini tripod/cleaning kit included.

I think 649 is with 7% gst deducted.

I bought iphone screen protector to cut it cos harvey norman gave a screen protector which is much smaller.

Any reason why can't they make a similar f1.8 lens (fantastic walkabout range) found in the XZ-1 in M4/3 version? It will probably be smaller, lighter and better than the Pany 14-140 which is already very good but find it too heavy.
