the reason why it didn't have much review user feedback is that it dun have IS, less sharper and slower in focusing as compare to the panny 100-300mm

Dohz.. No review coz nobody buy the lens. Birder Dun buy the lens coz the specs too low for birder. Is is build in body not the lens. It is sharp, and the af not so slow at all.

Ppl buy panny because it is 200-300 cheaper than oly lens. Serious birder dun buy coz only few birder use oly body and they own 300mm f.2.8.

Panny 100-300 is also brighter @ 3.5-5.6. So why buy the oly which is more expensive, and darker? Also search on DPR forums, lots of debate sometime ago.

For me, weight. Half stop of brightness makes no diff to me. (esp at these slow apertures..) 90g of weight, however, does. "go light" is, to me, the whole essence of m43.

PS, mine focuses instantly too...
