think this is the result of olympus rushing out E Pen 1 to be the first micro 4/3 camera.. quite disappointed with the lack of new features.

the first m4/3 cam was the G1.

Is a marketing scamp! i will boycott such brand! thats why they will never be like the big

boys Canon/Nikon.... we as consumers should be aware of such actions...

Cameras are not like Handphone, we dont upgrade within 6mths. 6mths is just good enough

for us to get use to the products and review it...

i'm just stating my point... no offence to the brand-users...

Kudos to Oly in prompt reaction to their users feedback. (at least you dun need to wait 3yrs for a MP jump in essentially the "same" cam specs otherwise)

er... i dont think a company can design and manufacture a product in such a short period. and if they hav listen to the user feedback, then i expect much more from EP 2....:dunno:

I think they try to market the upgraded product for the sake of keeping up with competition and not give careful consideration to what consumers want!

Yes i told the boss that and he say it is better to buy the camera with the lens and try to sell the lens yourself. But take a look out there, everyone is buying the PEN with the same lens so who you want to sell to?
