If I were to compared this to Canon's CPS

1. FOC
2. Free cleaning of sensors x 2
3. 30% discount on labor fees for registered Canon photographic equipment.
4. Free magazines (that cost about US$12 on retail)
5. Free CPS key chain
6. Priority repair services

I checked with them, body and lens cleaning is restricted to exterior, no sensor cleaning or cleaning of lens interior. But when cleaning exterior, they will do inspection and then advise you if any interior cleaning is required. It takes about an hour.

Finally with this membership package, I went down on Wednesday to collect my 17mm lens that was repaired and ready for collection since 2 weeks ago, but i didn't go collect because i didn't wanna make too many trips down. Wanted to send my E-P5 and 60mm for the cleaning and inspection but was already 7pm, so he recommend i send it in another day.

Also waiting for Olympus to restock 45mm lens hood so that i can use my $50 voucher on it. Probably will visit them again when the hood is available and then do the cleaning / inspection.

Personally I would think sensor cleaning would be more important than exterior cleaning which most of us can do ourself. Unlike Canon/Nikon system which does not have IBIS system, we can't really "clean" our OMD sensors ourselves. It would great if Olympus Imaging Singapore can offer free sensor cleaning at least for those who sign up for the Olympus E-Club.

PS: Not all "dust" can be "shake" off by the "Supersonic Wave Filter" system.

Normally when I send in my camera/lens for repair they would also do a free inspection to determine the cost before I decide if I going ahead with the repair.

Curious did you ask how much does sensor cleaning on an OMD cost (before & after discount)?

I went there on Monday to do the exterior check package for members. It was done in 40 mins but I don't know if it was cleaned anot as the filter doesn't seem to be cleaned at all.

The complimentary cleaning is only for exterior. Which personally I think alot of the user can do it themselves.

I tried before for lenses and accessories and it worked , but ending up I got the lens from street instead as street was still cheaper than the Oly store after the 20% discount from RRP.
