The longer the exposure, the brighter and more hot pixels you'll get. This is normal...that's why new DCs have the pixel mapping or noise reduction implemented nowadays.
I would only be worried if the hot pixels start appearing in shorter exposure time i.e. 1/100 sec etc.

Go to "P" program mode
Press the menu button and select mode menu
Go the "Set" Setup section
Move up or down the sub-menus in the Setup section until you find "Pixel Mapping"
Select it and press the OK button the start the process.
You should then see a "Busy" processing bar
That's it!
