I think the hint is the railings. He shot from another road below the road shown there or from the middle of staircase.

This HDR treatment I quite like. Subtle.

The 2 ducks on the other hand look a bit artificial to me. Are those the pair of ducks are actually added using photoshop or is that another HDR experiment you did.
There are extreme contrast shift at the surrounding of the duck and the focus is a bit odd (may be due to the contrast).

Can I suggest that we impose a limit as to the size of the photos we post here? Most of the time the page takes too long to load and I cant see the full picture at once anyway.
