What's up with all the night time street shooting bro? :bsmilie:

For some strange reasons, the E-3 performs better with the night shoots and the colours punch out easy... whereas the E-1 rocks with day time... hmm... maybe it is me having to get used to the E-3's NMOS... still prefer the E-1's Kodak CCD. Well... I get high ISO performance with the E-3 and I am not complaining. The 12-60mm is not performing like I thought it should. The 14-54 is a really good lens... and I think I will use it a lot of my fashion editorials still... so I am keeping the 14-54. Whereas the 12-60 is my holidaying lens now... it has replaced the 11-22 somehow... less troublesome to use... selling the 11-22.

I am thinking (just thinking) of streamlining my lens :

8mm
12-60 SWD
14-54mm
50-200mm
50 macro
35-100

and let go of everything else. E-1 and E-3 bodies.

what about the upcoming 14-35mm f/2.0, you not tempted meh?

Oh that thing is huge.

And expensive.

Exactly 5 more days to Christmas...

wow, beautifully captured. a little cropping to remove some of the foreground would do better justice to the photo. :)

Hi,

I am looking at the 11-22 . . could you shed some light on why it is more troublesome? Actually still deciding between 11-22on the 14-54 too...how much is the latter now? Thank you!

NatureTTL, the last shot is gross!!! But lovely!

Getting used to the new camera yet? How did the wedding shoot go?

Hi Microcosm,

Thanks for the comments.

Somehow, already got used the the new cam but still trying to figure out what work best for me regarding the buttons & controls customization.
Tons of options available as compared to E300.

Fortunately, the wedding shoot works fine for me. Luckily, I managed to borrow a FL50 from a friend but still I miss few shots while the flash is recharging, I could not imaging if I use my FL36. However, feedback i got was images are too sharp (using 14-54mm), I told them I should have use the less sharp lens (14-45mm) that I have :bsmilie:.

Cheers..
