Thanks for the link.

But it seems that they don't welcome e420 users..... :(

I think it takes awhile before conducting classes for E420 as it is a new model. E3 has been release for 1/2 year n just saw them conducting classes recently.

This is like an oil painting to me. Very nice picture composition and pp skill.

Wow! Lovely. Superb PP skill. I think you did not only salvage it, you give life to it.

Swee! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thanks all for the compliments.

Well here is another shot taken at Oly NATURE workshop on 14Jun08 with E-510 & 40-150 @ 150mm, f/8, 1/640s and ISO 400.

Bro, any chance of me trying out this lens during one of our kopi session?
...........bay tan liao :sweatsm:.....hehe...... (can't wait any longer)!

This lens is incredibly sharp and at the same time produces lovely bokeh,
I think at least compared to the Sigma lens is it not?

I think this could be Leica D Summilux 25mm F1.4 ASPH

Tried the 35mm macro on the e420:

I took these three shots in the Kent Ridge Park. The first shot was trying to capture the sun flare and the shadows on the leaves. The second shot was just to show the sharpness, colour and bokeh. The third shot signifies a happy family, it looks like Papa, Mama and a new-born baby.

lovely shots there. i like no. 1. care to do a review in the 4/3 lens review thread on the 14-150 for us?

the Panaleica 14-150/3.5-5.6 with a e4xx seems to be a good lightweight combo for travelling. add a ZD50/2 or a Sigma 30/1.4 for low light applications and its a 2 lens solution

Thanks slypower50 and headfonz.

I just got this lens 2 week ago, and only used it for 2 outdoor-shoots. I will try to do a review on this lens after I used it for a couple of weeks more.

Yes, I agree that this lens is a light weight combo with E-4XX, together with another F/1.4 lens. Another option is the 12-60 if we need the wide instead of the tele.:)

Looks like this lens is gonna be a WinneR for people who wants to travel light and hassle-free lens changing maneuver on the go.

Great clarity, colors and sharpness!

I'm sure it's light on your hand but don't know if it's gonna be heavy in the pocket?

ttiongch.......you are so lucky to have so many lenses to play with...........Envy! ENVY! ;)

How much is the Panny 14-150?
I think the 2 Olympus kit set is still lighter than the Panny.

I just checked the price of the Leica 14-150mm... >$2000 !! :o

I think I'll stick to the 2 lens kit (which cost me only $300).
Anyway I'm using the Olympus as a supplementary system. So don't intend to invest too much into it.
