there's a few ways to do it, i think the PS method is the easiest and cheapest :bsmilie:

care to share what ZD lens can achieve a similar effect? i always thought only tilt-shift lenses and selective focus lenses (e.g. lensbabies) can do that?
Yes it's digitally edited to make it look like its a miniature model. I took this shot at F3.5, 14mm wide.

Looking at these pics reminded me that I have always wanted to fix up a gundam diorama - but apart from purchasing the model kits I've having done anything else yet (yup, it's been four years now).
