22 days is too little.. you wouldn't enjoy enough of the sights... if u r to take a ur camera with u on such journey.. pls limit to 6 countries at most to truly enjoy the sights..
Yup. That's my intention. A time lapse of main landmarks in europe. From one to another. No intention to stop for shopping ..
As there is a says, 'no pain, no gain.'Hugh effort for that.
Like you said, with the hectic schedule, the final video is your reward.
Will look forward to your work when you are back.

And if you meet a friendly Asian or ang mo girl, there goes all your plan.
I going for a solo travel next year, around aug/sep. I know it's too early to ask but I need to get ready for it. My current itinerary is as follow :
1)Scotland
2)England
3)Belgium
4)Netherlands
5)Germany
6)Austria
7)Italy
8)Portugal (maybe)
9)Spain
10)France
11)Switzerland
Any other recommended countries/landmarks which I should go for time lapse? My route is base on the google maps, which is roughly how I should travel to get to most of the places. Any do and don't? :embrass:
The route is "set".
Scotland(2) - Liverpools(1) - London(2) - Belgium(1) - Rotterdam(1) - Berlin(1) - Prague(2) - Fussen(3) - Villach(1) - Venice(2) - Rome(2) - Pisa(1) - Modena(1) - Switzerland(4) - France(2)
Don't think I will spend time on train as mostly are 4 hours trip on average. Only from rotterdam to Berlin is 8hrs. At Switzerland, i following excursions, at least got transport to titlis. Yup, it's Paris, checking out around 3 pm at last day. Reach sg at 3pm too, can come home without jams. Ha ha!
Will look 180 degrees, listen to 360 degrees. Heh heh! Will be extra careful.
I just came back from 3 weeks in scotland/uk. In the midst of shooting timelapse, one of my 5d2 died. Thankfully the other one operated without hiccups for the rest of the trip.
A little food for thought since you are planning to do timelapse for your 22 day Europe trip.

Thanks for the tips. Will be bringing default A850, another FF if Sony announce by then. I also will be bringing my RX100 and a Handycam. Hopes all went smoothly and also, do post your time lapse.![]()
Sony already announced and launched 2 FF... A99 and RX1... If I am not with Canon and Olympus I would have jumped at the A99 (I hate the RX1 though, don't ask me why, just personal preferences).
