me too...I just married my D70 somewhere mid October...now is about 3 months. And it choose the right time & right place to pass away. :cry:

im sorry to hear abt that danny. i think its nikon's problem ba. seems like there are quite a bit of problems still after its first launch.... QC QC QC!!!

Nikon D70 is giving a bad day today and a bad USA trip. :thumbsd:

I just call my wife, she told me she called COURTS, and they told her my set is only local warranty. I have no other choice beside try myself or wait to repair it in SG. :cry:

Buy a D2H... use and try it on my behalf, when you are back i buy over from u...... Actually looking at a set but they only sell within USA, have a deal with Nikon not to sell outside USA

well....

you might be seeing more cases coz you're looking, or simply coz you have this cam.

if you buy another high volume cam, for all you'll know you'll see posts stating all kinds of problems then too. you may not see those posts now coz you're not reading the threads.

Now back to hotel. Just came back from San Francisco, it is such very beautiful place. Almost every corner you can take pictures. Winter time, no snow, no rain...bold trees with no leaves....so nice....too bad. :cry:
**** D70 cannot wake up from death. Have to go with my Sony video cam.
