I saw a bro today getting on the train at tiong babru. Hands holding an a7 with 35 2.8 and slinging a sage hadley small. Couldnt tell if it was a R or not.

Happen to be one of the brothers here? I'm the guy with a sage hadley pro opposite u.

Just buy it in Japan for $850, stores have it in stock or alternatively buy the SLR Magic 28mm f/2.8.

Nice!!!! The hood for the Zeiss 35mm really is ugly. Thou I have to say the RX1 hood isn't cheap

U can get this 3rd party hood which is also metal & identical to original RX1. Its about $50-70. Red Dot Photo got sell, planning to get one myself.

Thanks bro. Also just bought a Canon 50/1.4 LTM lens off from a bro here in CS. 2 new toys in a day. LOL. Have to wait for Friday to shoot as these few nitez I have to attend MBA classes.. Sheesh.

Just asking if anyone going to get filter for the 35mm? Cos i read from the menu that u can either get a 40.5mm or 49mm for it. So which one will u choose?

Yupz, safely in my car wif my newly bought Canon 50/1.4 LTM and Voigtlander 35/1.7 Ultron LTM lenses. Now back in office, no time to play.
