Wow CP charged me full price for extra original battery lah First time using Sony so was looking for separate charger lol turn out that battery is charged via camera. Looking for external charger now. Any idea where to get a third party one?

I bought one from Aliexpress and it works fine.

Supposedly there's a newer travel charger that can take different models from Sony.

Note that shipping from China can take 2-3 weeks easily.

Fit and tested, the vented hood from the RX1 will slot in nicely onto the Zeiss 35mm f2.8 lens for A7/r if you want a different look!

Nice!!!! The hood for the Zeiss 35mm really is ugly. Thou I have to say the RX1 hood isn't cheap
