Think Oly will share their 5 Axis IBIS to Sony? If so, expect the next generation FF compact Alphas to be even more stable for shooting.

Would be nice but I don't think so. If they were planning that they wouldn't have released lenses with IS. Sony teamed up with Olympus for some time already. I doubt we will see E-mount bodies with IBIS. Maybe A-mount will get 5-Axis under a different brand name… Actually the system isn't that amazing. The only amazing thing is this stupid name. My E-M5's IS isn't any better than the one of my A300 in real world.

Ya. D files from 55/1.8 is sweet. I am gonna test my CY 50/1.7 Zeiss before making the jump into FE 55/1.8. Advantage of the 55/1.8 is AF and supposedly better glasses. It's 1398SGD...

Also seeing quite a few BnS posts on selling the NEX 7 and RX1. The lower price of A7 is pretty appealing, heard the A7 pre booking is more than A7R...
I think he want A7R + the kit lens. so PO A7 Kit and sell away the body.

Saw one set of A7 kit selling for HKD14,900 at the HKIA. Don't have A7 body only nor A7R.
Taiwan BoAi street will start selling this afternoon (21/11), I have been told. Best price I asked around is A7 TWD42,300 cash only and no international warranty, A7R, TWD61k

Yeah but that sensor and that lens are a pretty lame combo… Anyway, Sony sells this kit lens separately now.

i called Sony Singapore this morning to ask them and the staff who answered my call told me that it will not be available. I do hope that they are mistaken.
make do till the CZF4 comes out next yr bah.
Yes. Sony Singapore replied to my query via email. It will retail at $1,068. ($999+GST)
