Wow wow,

lovely shots .. geez i want a bigma!!! harper go get one :D Share with me lol

Cowz.

Thanks for the kind words guys:)

I started spotting only in jan this year, so I have much to improve.

BTW, these were all shot with the Pentax K20D and either Pentax DA*50-135 f/2.8, Sigma 70-300 f/4-5.6 (sold a while ago) or Pentax DA55-300 f/4-5.8. From Changi Beach Park, big jet (767 and up) arrivals on 20R can be shot with 100-150 mm range in my experience. For 20C, I guess upto 100-250 mm is required when shooting from the beach at the right side of the SAF Ferry Terminal, but I've never shot from there.

why will the plane change registration?

Lol,

I don't know.:dunno: Checking from airliners.net, the photographers there said China Airlines changed it for no apparent reason?

Haha,
Cowz.

Good thread, I guess thats why I see so many folks standing at Changi beach, but so near under approach path, not sure why belly shots are so favoured :)

Some of mine, taken in SIN only..
