Does anyone know why SQ655 (from Fukuoka), A330-343, Regn 9V-STS just landed in Batam , after aborting her final approach to Changi? (20R)

Update (1727hrs): SQ655 (9V-STS) has just departed BTH.

Update (1741hrs) : SQ655 Landed at WSSS

Usually thats due to minimum fuel with inclement weather at WSSS.
