Arghh! Airbuses and their aesthetically unpleasing Snubby Nose®. :embrass:
:bsmilie:
Agree 100%. Nothing like a 747...still the Queen of the Skies..huge yet so elegant and graceful.

The A380 is big and beastly...certainly impressive, but not beautiful at all.

Unfortunately, all flights I've been on in the last 5 years have been Airbus, and mostly A320/319

this is a plane spotting thread right?
i think i spotted at least 15 F18s on THIS in SINGAPORE!!!

Scheduled port visit for USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). ;)
its at the SAF yatch club. is it still there???
Yes, the SAF Yacht Club is still there at 110 Tanah Merah Coast Road. :bsmilie:

Not too sure about The Boat though. :dunno:

Not strictly planespotting but related, there is a feature on the RSAF's Northrop F-5 Tiger IIs in the March 2011 edition of Air Forces Monthly written by yours truly. As far as I'm aware, the issue is now on sale at some places in Singapore, so if interested, do buy a copy!

Went to Changi Beach Park today with the hope of getting some decent shots, but the light was really lousy in the late afternoon. Gray skies with the sun mostly hidden behind the clouds; most of the shots ended up lacking color and contrast:(

Never mind the gray skies or lack of color and contrast :bsmilie: what we want to see are the planes! just joking...;) Nice catch mate!

Hi all, can anyone tell me how to do better here. I am new to this. Thank you!

From this angle and height and the locale, I gather you have a very privilleged view in your flat everyday. Envy ! Envy! :)
