2. F-5T actually. Single seater is F-5S, twin seater is F-5T

3. Do you have another pic showing the number of the F-15SG? Is it 0001? (looks like, but want confirmation)

Great catches, BTW!

Ohhh Really? Didn't even know there was a 2 seater version :embrass:
Btw, it is 0001~
Didn't notice it till you told me... You got sharp eyes leh! ;)

C-17 crash report exposes cracks in USAF safety culture by Stephen Trimble

Stalled and crashed at Elmendorf Air Force Base (PAED) in July 2010, no survivor and first C-17 Globemaster III write-off. Old news but just pointing out.

Thanks for the replies in advance.

For WSSS: RWY 02L approaches, I would reckon from 1700 hours onwards as the sun sets behind your back. ;)

Our SG gallery is really disappointing...either is too many glasses, or view is extremely limited. Even the aviation museum at T2 is disappointing.

Rogue86, is this plane still in active service?

Unfortunately not, she's one of a handful in the UK still operational, and none of them are licenced to take-off. They perform fast-taxi runs at Bruntingthorpe, and for £500 you can go down the runway in the two-seater. They went out of service with the introduction of Tornado.

It's a pity, there are still very few aircraft which can match her speed. 11 Squadron have since switched to the Eurofighter Typhoon, after the Tornado F3. The Typhoon has since replaced the Lightning as our Quick Reaction Alert aircraft.
