Air France's A380 arrival ETA 1800hrs from 2nd April

JAL's Boeing 787 (first ever operational aircraft) from September 2012, according to JAL's website.
 

Yeah also saw from jal web while making bookings few days ago then decided to postpone until the actual 787 service.
Just hope Boeing doesn't delay their delivery then we r good for sept.
380 kinda common these days no longer interested. Haha

As with many retired passenger variant of the B744, they'll most probably be converted into a freighter. Plenty of hours and cycles left in the majority of them and IIRC the first couple of B744 was only taken out of storage and scrapped in 2009/2010 due to economical and financial constraints on the part of their lessors or owners.

I read somewhere that it has been sold to Transaero, a russian airline
 

Just watched VH-OQA "Nancy Bird Walton" took off, stretched her wings and landed for the first time in 528 days this morning!

Alas no photo of it taken though as image capturing devices are not allowed from where I was at so please do kindly pardon me.
 

Wow, i wonder if anyone spotted the A380 that morning. Care to share a few shots ?
