If you have an unused outdated Canon, you can always opt for the Exchange Programme direct with Canon at Harbourfront. They have for just the body, body plus Kit I, body plus Kit II but need to order. Currently out of stock. Price difference about 20% from retail give and take.
But if you want to build a relationship, best go straight with a reputable retailer, especially the old timer sales uncle there.
If you are into bundle which most of the time well it's nice to have, you can wait till Sphere Exhibits | COMEX 2015 from 3rd to 6th September 2015 and see what Canon promotion has.
