Weee loving it ~ tho the first few days the SD card slot giving me some problem cause it can pop out nicely.

looking at 60d to replace my old 350d. Just want the body only where will have best price? Read somewhere that the body cost $1200 but I saw the brochure at canon shop in vivo it says $1499

I already got a efs11-22mm and a ef 35-135mm (vv old though) so I intend to get a 17-55mm lens with at least f2.8 so what would you recommend? Should I go for the 50mm ef f2/f1.4 one? Prefer ef lens now for future proofing. Thanks

Why need to cut and DIY from iphone protector?

I could not find the top LCD screen protector when i bought the one for the 3" lcd. Lazy to hunt for it..
From the reply I got here that a bro bought 1 that was cut to size, I bought the iPhone screen protector to diy. Should have spare for replacement since the top lcd uses less than half the iPhone screen protector..

The package during COMEX was with free 8GB card, Canon Crumpler bag & Canon tripod (some Italian brand). Don't think anyone can find 60D for $1200, but if anyone can, please please PM me. I'm still looking for a deal, cos I need a good SLR with video, plus on a bit of a budget... Thanks!

Need advice from all Bro & Sis here using 60D.
I don't know is it just me or the camera. I having problem with my AF, it just doesn't seem to intelligencly AF on the subject I want.
So I end up doing it manually...and sometime missed a few shot because of this... anyone experience the same situation?

Yes, did try there. Same price, with bag, but no tripod. Shop on the 5th floor included both, plus an extra mem card, but I can't rem if it was 8GB or 16. Now that Comex is over, not sure what the deals are. But I'm on budget, so still waiting to buy.

i not exactly very sure, but i dun think the camera actually "intelligently AF"...
i haven't been using the preset modes, mayb it does?
