Most of the time e-quotation fr CP will exclude GST... Just need to be aware of it when comparing the prices..

CP e-quote is always exclude GST and Cash terms only. However, you can always write back to ask them if their quote is valid for CC payment.

I've only asked once, but the reply was that they accept same price for CC payment.

CP price is standard for paying cash or CC, and in some case, the CC is cheaper without adding the % for transactional charges....

I think it depends on items. For 5D3, after factoring the GST it's no difference from phone quote which is standard cash/CC pricing. The other time I asked for 17-40L, the e-quote including GST was marginally cheaper than over-the-counter quote (and items like 17-40 is a very long product, price is virtually stagnant these days).

Sometimes if I ask the salesperson at the shop if pay by cash got cheaper, sometimes they could minus a 2% off their prices.

That's kind of a funny thing with CP. It's well known that CP charges the same for cash and CC, but sometimes if you know a specific salesperson you can get somehow better prices. Sometimes it's completely random that the salesperson can give you a slightly cheaper prices. But it seems to only happen at the shops, not though phone calls. They seem to judge whether to give you discounts on how keen and you are likely to buy that item. :bsmilie:

I think a couple of CS members have commented about them before. Some favorable. Some unfavorable.

If you want to try joy...hmm must do some study first.... search around in cs. Be very careful of their gimmick. .I ran through all the shop parisilk. Cp. Ms color. Allnthe shops in funan. True. John 3:16 was the cheapest. ..joy electronic I never bother to walking..dont know why..
