Did anyone buy their 5D3 body from Techno Gadgets? Despite reading some good reviews of them on CS, I am still feeling rather doubtful... but the price is really attractive.

Good price. Is it a local set? Local warranty? If those two are correct, i wouldn't say why i can't buy.

It's a grey set with 1 year "shop" warranty. If got any problem, repairs to be done at CSC and shop will reimburse repair costs. That's how I understand the warranty to work (correct me if I am wrong).

DDElectronics has an even better price. But ya... I'm worried too. I'm prepared to forgo the warranty but I'm afraid that i will receive a lemon and I'm screwed.

If you are so worried, then spend the extra money. No confidence then buy from the place that gives you confidence!

I'm uploading the pics now so can link. It was quite low light, I believe all were taken at about 12800 ISO. Also the lens weren't the best choice for food photography but was just playing around
