Wow...

$179.45 * 24 = $4,306.80

But if they take 2 months off,

$179.45 * 22 = $3,948

Is that how it works?

Quite confusing... I think the offer remain at $4306.80 if u pay by installment of 24-2 , as mentioned the usual price at $4699.00...

Not sure did not ask the promoter how they calculate the installments and final price.. But if it's $3.9k+.. It's not a bad deal :)

Today I gone down to Sitex show... Confirmed the price at $4306.80... If pay by installment... If not the price will remain at $4699.00...

Now I get it. Haha. But that is a strange deal there - they encourage credit instead of cash payment. Interesting...

Tie dwn with banks... To encourage buyin... N hopefully u default payment b it forgotten or cash tied up smehw... Tats wher the "return" is for them... It's a "trap"....

Does the extended warranty come with it or need to be purchased seperately?

Cash payment results in risk being lost and additional work to count and bank in especially in IT shows environment. It make sense for the company that the cost of using credit card or NETS be borne by the consumer. Actually as most of know, we can get better prices in the store through one to one negotiation (my colleague said 'bargaining' does not sound as 'civilised'.) whether by cash or credit card.

On the issue of extended warranty for any product, I wonder how many of us actually had used it and compared the costs to as if the item is repaired at own costs. Also anyone experienced a one to one exchange using the extended warranty before?
