Surprised that 5D3 is already available in Singapore where most retailers like B&H are only taking pre-orders for now.

Btw what is the RRP locally and street price for body only? RRP is not listed on Canon sg website yet

RRP was heard to be $4,699. Street price generally starts from high $41XX to high $43XX

the excitement just only about to begin. very soon after d800 is out, there will be photographers comparing 5d mk3 22mp iso against d800 36mp iso then leads to alot of discussion & debate on their performace and of cos some may ended OT & trolling

I was there last week with my 35L (before launch of 5D3). You are lucky that the blinds are up. It was down when I was there, so can only take some discreet shots. Can only get 3/4 of that perspective maximum. And I also found out that day that you can go up to level 2 too, ermmmm in fact much more ;p Took many photos of my kids there and they enjoyed it. However I dared not take out my flash, so gotta pump ISO up there. Not sure if they allow flash but gotta respect as it is a place of worship.

here's a random shot done on ISO12800 on 50L. Was walking around with that ISO and testing corner AF points on 50L at the same time.
