But then 5d II grey set already drop to 2.6k...hmm...dilemma...for 2k less, I think I might be able to live with the poor af...

FYI. A Malaysia camera store quote me ~SGD4200 with 2 years Canon warranty.

There is always ~SGD300 diff in the price on 5D series between Sin and Malaysia. Probably Singapore street price is around ~SGD4500.

Haha no surprise there, one of the cheapest in the world after HK and US for most Canon products

Today called up few shops, all don't have pricing yet :cry: But did received a reply from Technogadget that they will be carrying it at the lowest price possible in Singapore once the price is firmed up by their supplier :thumbsup:

On a side note, I wonder if shops will be selling the camera to walk in customers since many people have already pre-ordered. Got a feeling if you never pre-order, you may not be able to buy even if you have standby the cash already.

It depend on luck,that happen to iphone even someone reserve.If has excess stock on that day. the late walk in customer still can try their luck to get the iphone set.since it may locat limited set for each store. chance may be slim.first few day or week may sell at SRP.
Willing buyer Vs Willing seller.If the sign slow down, let demand Price may be down a bit. Hot cake even SRP price there still ppl willing to pay for it.

they think buying Ipad like buying camera... sigh.... just log into Apple store, order, pay and wait for delivery..... mine think coming in later today (Friday, 16 March)... (now past midnight already).... :devil::lovegrin:

But seriously, poor man like me still think the MKIII on the high side.... :sweat:..... will wait and see the pricing of D800... then go touch touch see see both..... maybe end up selling my gear and buy PNS.... :bsmilie:

you sure there will be a bundle for 24-70? That will be nice.. Btw, just callled up CP, cams are arriving this afternoon in their shop. Official pricing will be announced in the afternoon. I think they will start releasing the units to the bros who had pre ordered this afternoon.. Have fun. Seems like they have more than enought kit set than just the bodies itself.
