I am using Phottix Cleon II. It consists of wired and wireless remote. So far so good.

hello all, i just got myself a 550d.

i am looking for a screen protector.

Saw the GSS one which is selling about $16. Any other recommendations? will those sub-$10 protectors work ?

haha not true.. if the camera is in top condition with reasonable price.. i think i still can sell it... but hey.. why would we buy camera if we are thinking to sell it.. the only reason i will sell it if i want to upgrade to FF.. which most likely in a year or two

Hi all!

I've finally got my Canon Kiss X4 + Kit I + 55-250mm lenses!

I've thought of the essential items to get and I need some help on them!

1) SDHC card - is 16GB sufficient and is there any difference between all the brands? It gets kind of confusing.
2) Dry box - any recommended brands? Does analog or digital make a difference?
3) UV filter - is it necessary?
4) Screen protector
5) Camera bag

Any other items?

Where to buy dry box and how much?
Is it as effective as dry cabinet?

i tried selling my 550D off and wanted to upgrade to 60D. But after my trip back from US, my thinking totally changed.

back in the US, the people still use old cameras such as 300D, 350D, D40 etc. But when they show me their photos, it is so different.

That is where I real think that, skills placed a huge monopoly in photography, skills comes first before equipments.
