I've jumped ship from 600D to 60D after 1 mth of usage. I prefer a bigger body n the second display on the top rite as I can meter while still pointing at my subject while looking down on the cam. Dunno how to explain... But it's just my shooting style n ergonomics of the 60D that pulled me over.
600D is a wonderful cam! But I think it's too small for me for future expansion. I've put a 70-200mmL on it before and it's way too big for the small 600D body. I've considered a batt grip, but it will only make the cam taller but not wider, which I prefer.
There's a reason y 60D is price higher. It has some features, "feel" and character closer to a pro dslr. It's just a personal preference.

Hello guys im super new here and ive some questions regarding canon 600d purchase during the itfair.
As seen from the comment it isnt worth to buy dslr during the itfair???
im looking in 600D and preferable purchasing together with a 18-135mm or 18-200mm lens.
im very much happy that they are giving out the crumpler bag, anyone know the normal cost of the bag? because it's tempting me!
ive asked a shop "john 3:16" they are offering me the kit 1 at $1260
anyone would be nice to advise me? thank you!

$1260 shd be kit 1 inclusive of 18-55 lens.
If kit 2 with 18-135 lens, price shd be ard $1450-$1500.
Pls ask ard the few reputable shops, my pricing range is just a reference.

For those who want to get camera stuff in the PC shows... my advice is - DON'T.
You don't get any cheaper price and the freebies that they give is a waste of time, especially their so call tripod. As to SD card and bag, they are gifts from Canon and not other things, you get the same gifts no matter where you buy your cameras as long as the camera is not a grey set.
Don't be greedy and crave for freebies. These freebies can be had for very very low price and most of the time you don't need any. Get your camera from reputable shops, they are much cheaper that way.
For those who already get your camera from the PC show... well... enjoy your camera.

8gb card. All for $1509 from TK photo.
The lowest price I checked was actually $1499 from ms color. But it only comes with the 8gb card, lens book & bag. For just $10 I have another 3 items, I thought that's better deal for a newbie with no accessories
