Click here for Canon Service Centre. Yes, i'm reinforcing some learned helplessness here but hey....you own a 5D so i think its more important to get it fixed than trying to get you to be independent...

Anyway how many are using the grip. lol I haven't had the grip on in over a year, put it back on and remembered why I don't anymore..

i think i'm getting old. feels big and chunky with the grip on. hahaha.

I had the grip attached unless I'm bringing it on a trip.

Got mine a month ago. Shooting studio n weddings with it. So easy compared to my F4s n F3hp lol.

With digital is so easy.

Btw anyone has a problem with the memory counter? I deleted some pixs in my card but still have the same amount of memory

Making a trip down to CSC to get my sensor cleaned next week, am thinking of changing the focusing screen to the EE-S one at the same time. I almost never MF, but all my lenses are fast primes. I read much about this focusing screen but many actually changed it due to them MF most of the time. You guys think it is a good idea? I like to see the oof area better in the VF when shooting wide open, which the default focusing screen is unable to. :think:

Same here always have the grip on just in as in the old days of film.My Nikon F2 with the motordrive is an item.

I use to own the EOS 30 QD but never had any sort of grip. Speaking of Nikon film cameras, i did thought before to get a gd condition FM2 for keeps.

but every where dont stock it only canon vivocity, u can buy change your self or go csc to change for u

When I first bought the 5D last September went down to Canon Vivocity to get the Focusing Screen EE-S and the staff
told me last 2 pcs.Should balance 1pc after I bought mine .
