Hi there,

I am looking for friends from my biology class 84/85 Miss Bina's (not sure about spelling) class. Anyone?

Also looking for Mun Fong and Chang How from the Photography club.

I am in the USA so email will be the best way to reach me shyan_huey_ho@hotmail.com

It's been twenty years! Boy, am I feeling old.

I am also a powerseller on ebay.com looking for new trading opportunities.

hihi im the NYJCian batch that kena the 20th anniversary and had to do the fund raising for the school whole year round... sob sob .. never get to see the new compound.

is the principal still Mr. Cheah K.H? The dogs still around...maybe got replaced by younger dogs???

Don't know who's the principal now...keep replacing after the original Mr Chia left.

Does anyone knows if the college still allow outsiders (i.e. the neighbourhood residents) to use the running track? NYJC was famous as the neighbourhood JC not just because of where it is located, but how it allowed the residents living nearby to use its running track for their morning exercises...

The current Principal is Mrs Ho(since 2001). And yes, they still allow outsiders to use their running track.

Anyone remember Miss Swift, the GP teacher from the UK? She taught me in my 2nd year there (1985).

Also, in 1985 I had a serious CRUSH on a boy from the UK named Matthew Atkinson! He played Rugby and was in my bio class. What can I say, I have the hots for white dudes! (my husband is one)

It's been twenty years but I still remember my NYJC days like it was yesterday!

Shyan (1984-1985)
