what I can say .. Sg is a beautiful city after view yours' series

i don't really like #50. the tonality is very nice, i can see why you chose to keep it.. but somehow the composition doesn't quite fall through - it's like a study of lines that isn't focused on the lines. perhaps you have gotten a bit too greedy and tried to include everything in here!

#36 is nicely done - i don't know if the blue cast i am seeing is because of this monitor (which has been proven to be inaccurate in the past), so don't take my word for it. nonetheless, i think it's a tough call how to crop this one - i don't like the dead space at the bottom that i can see, and i don't really like the top either. there just isn't enough variance in colour that i can see. in this case, i would probably have gone for a closer, tighter square crop, and done it minimalistically soulfly style. :)

Yeah.. i aint too sure abt this one either..compositional apsect to be exact, felt tt i did the building injustice by framing it this way.. the tonal range was splendid at that time when i took this.. its def a keeper like the way u put it.. :) tats why would like to hear my views and insights abt does it really work.. Would like to intro a whole new perspective on hw i perceive this wonderful structure to be.. guess it not nicely portrayed.. Thx, will think on how to improve this one

Thx. I dare assured u that this is very closed to what i see on actual scene, i only enhanced the "blue" a tini bit further.. :) Compositionally i framed it like the way u see it now.. but did a 16-9 crop.. i thought i was pretty well balanced without too much of a dead space here and there and there's more breathing room.. But nw u say it.. it certainly have a gd potential for some minmalism work the way Thomas did and the way i visualize it on a square crop is great! Would like to try it out perhaps sometime tonite.. :)

Edit : If you look closely, its actually the same rocks that u see in Wildcat b thread :bsmilie:

Same weather, same clouds too

I miss night86mare's comments on landscape pictures. Definitely it wasn't the same without the "Simon Cowell" of CS adding his points on how things can be improved  and looks like he's making a return.
