Sometimes camera bag becomes especially heavy for no reason.

Sometimes a second shadow appears in the photo.

Sometimes tripods shake and move to a different position by itself.

Sometimes camera flashes by itself for no reason.

Sometimes there are green eyes instead of red eyes in the photos.

Think like photographer to counter fear:

1. Sometimes camera bag becomes especially heavy for no reason.

Time to buy a lighter bag and leave the long lens at home

2. Sometimes a second shadow appears in the photo.

Problem with natural light.

3. Sometimes tripods shake and move to a different position by itself.

Time to upgrade to carbon fibre type with higher loading capacity.

4. Sometimes camera flashes by itself for no reason.

Flash test fire button must be loose.

5. Sometimes there are green eyes instead of red eyes in the photos.

Sensor must be dirty.

Go on Fri nite. Tue, wed & thur got lots of group doing training and you won't catch that spooky feel. Normal Fri night already quite quiet, seventh month...a totally new feeling. Cycle better , don't drive because that stretch of road seemed like never ending under such situation. It's like having "you're in and not able to get out" feeling and no choice but to pedal faster !

Hmm.. don't remember trying Changi at night/wee hours of morning. But I know certain parts of Singapore, dem quiet, cold, smells bad, extreme dark, cycle alone and still feel nothing (Neo Tiew comes to mind). Yet there are other places, got traffic, brighter, with big group but for some reason, can still get heebie jeebies when passing through (cannot remember coz maybe my mind auto shut out these as places to avoid.. haha)

My mom told me this incident few days ago. My parents looks after Tiki (my dog) when I am away from Singapore. His daily routine is the morning and evening walks. As per normal, my mom brought him out for the walk in the evenings. He is a friendly guy, and will usually wag his tail & cuddle up for a pet, even from strangers. That late evening, he came across a familiar neighbor kid, but instead of coying up to the kid, he went for someone/something beside the kid. My mom noted that all of the sudden, he started wining and his tail went between his legs and started pulling to go home. I know my dog is not timid, and usually moves around with his tail up. He must have seen and mistaken someone or something for a real person. He did not really want to go for the walk the next few days. So had to change schedule to walk earlier in the evening when the sun is still up. This is not the first time I notice that my Tiki saw things that was not there.

I heard from old folks that dogs and cats have the third eyes. I guess see is believing... my dog do have the ability.

it could be next door. sometime late at nite the echo of knocking can be quite loud. it can be below also.
