No reply from club administrators about cancellation of paid subscriptions

Hi there,

Can any of Clubsnap administrators respond to my request to cancel my paid subscription as a workshop organiser please? I have sent emails to the admin accounts (which turned out to be invalid) and also PMs to the admins got no response.

I apologise if this is the wrong place to post this message. Would appreciate a response asap.

Hi,

Not sure which are the "admin accounts" you sent to but none of us admins (there are only 3 of us) got your pms. As for emails, I'm guessing you probably sent to the webmaster account which is constantly bombarded with spam emails so chances of us missing that is pretty high => your best bet is pm one of us - Darren, Simon or myself so that we can check and revert asap.
