No more user non-profit MO section?

I was conducting an MO for film in the user non-profit MO section and closed my MO a few days back. However, I wanted to reopen it due to renewed interest, but the whole section is no longer available.

Are user non-profit MOs no longer allowed or is the forum still undergoing changes?
