My favourite cat for the time being. This cat welcomes me at the carpark by sitting near my usual parking lot and follows me around. :bsmilie:

This is the cat (same as #25) whom always come over to my car when I stop below my girlfriend's block, or wait there every night at the same time I send my girlfriend home and comes over to my leg when I step out of the car and keeps looking at me and mew.

One day, meowmeow looked very sick and feeble. I squat beside meowmeow and wondered what happened. Don't know if meowmeow was sick and I thought just like human can be sick, cats can be sick as well.

Meowmeow is gone for weeks. Thought I saw meowmeow the other day and ran to find but then the realisation also hit me that meowmeow could have been really so sick and passed away from old age. The only cat whom I truly feel endearing and because of the interaction daily, I felt very sad when I realised meowmeow could be dead.

Thankfully, I kept a not-so-well-taken shot. In loving memories of my meowmeow.

Awwww.... It's sad bing, to see them disappear or die

There are a few cats that i regularly see near my place are gone too. I too missed them

Yes. I was very sad when i realised meowmeow gone. And remembering how sick meowmeow was, probably passed away. Always hear abut dogs who wait for owners to be home, this cat isnt even owned by me but waits there same time everyday and will walk to me.

a touching story of a stray cat & a stranger... it should be happily in heaven if it has pass away.

I remember when I lost my first real cat-friend.

She was falling sicker and sicker from renal failure (don't feed cats dried cat food)
She was already very old when i got to know her (8 years old). I was friends with her for another a good 5 years.

In the last months, she would mew very sadly when I come to see her. I think she knows all 9 lives used up already. Until one day she would not come out to greet me but just mew mew mew. I knew then the end was very very near.

She died. But i never saw her body.

I hope meowmeow is happy in heaven. Today i saw a cat which resembled meowmeow but ran away when she see me. So i know she is not meowmeow.

Wow 5 years. The feelings must be so much. Really sad when you cant even see the last sight of a cat who means a lot to you. I'd never have expected me to feel this way but this was one cat i'd squat there for a long time to smile at. And the same cat would wait at the same spot i always park my car. And the cat would get up and follow me around. Everyday i saw meowmeow and i'm still adjusting to not seeing the familiar sight of meowmeow.

I knew the end was near and treasured every moment.

I have other cat I known for ten years, only recently saw him again after i feared he was dead. I known him since he was a kitten nibbling on my finger . It's a ginger cat

meow to your loss.

Ohh ginger cats are lovely. Anyway there is a new cat on the block and quite photogenic. Will post it up soon.

After the disappearance of my meowmeow, there is a new cat in the neighbourhood. Still not endearing enough for me to give it a name. I will be shooting more xmm (xiao meow meow) from now on. Really love the look of cats at night. Also loving what the 17-50 wide open can give, plus the performance of 50/1.8 at f2.8 is just fantastic.
