why dun u let the first run go ahead first? as it is, we are not even sure we can get enuf speakers for the 2nd run, of which u are supposed to be in.

in case u wanna nitpick, i've no idea how come eugenep paid first, even tho he's in the 2nd-grp. i suppose if we scrub the 2nd run, eugenep will get a refund.

eugenep was in the first list, but he can't make it on the 13th but has already paid up, so I moved him to the 2nd date and marked him as paid.

I will refund him accordingly depending on the outcome from N SG and E SG on the feasibility of the 2nd workshop.

Much as I want the 2nd workshop to go but I'm severely limited by speakers and workshop sharers.

UPDATE: Just got word from Nikon SG, they are interested in having a 2nd session on this workshop, so for those on the reserve list, do not give up yet!!!! I will need to reorganize the team and volunteers to see if they can help out a 2nd round (please note that all helpers/team members are all voluntary and do not get paid, so it's only right that I need to consult them and also it's non-obligatory for them to re-do the event again).
