not sure about d7000's menu layout, but should be under custom setting>bracketing/flash

at least that's where i can find it in my d90, shouldnt be that different

i think bro diglomex meant the how to trigger his SB700 with his D7000's buil-in flash, not how to make his D7000 built-in flash go into RPT mode. if you read a few posts back:

The SB700 doesn't have the setting.
However, I can command it with my D7000 to do so. Haha!

DO you mean optical slave flash? You will be able to get the 580 to fire the SB900 off if you turn on the SU4 mode in SB900.

thanks all bros for replies
tried first time reading the d7k manual on the section for flash control but do not really understand
need to spend more time to study first

Thanks for the vids, never thought of youtube earlier.

BTW anyone puts screen protector on their flash?
Any shop here sells?

Just want to protect my equipment which I think will be easily prone to scratches taking in and out of the bag.

u mean just the screen? or the whole flash? have seen my friend taping whole flash with carbon fibre sticker though. quite nice, but tedious. If it's just the screen, just cut accordingly from any phone screen protector.

yup just the screen only, hmm dont trust my own cutting, prefer to get those already cut to size but of course, like u said, cut yourself one is easier to find.

hmm yes i can imagine g-mask whole flash with carbon fibre look, will be good idea and very nice.

And you think carbon fibre adhesive sheeting is protection? ;)
