I guess if you buy it at CP itself then probably you would be able to get a better price. But if you buy it at Comex then probably not....

When my friend bought the F65 in April, the RRP was $765 and the free gift was a 70-300mm G lens. But my friend bought it at CP and was charged only $680. So I think you can still claim the free gifts....

I'm pretty sure some of the free gifts are from CP's pocket, not Nikon's, hence you'll have to pay the listed price to get all the gifts..
