Nikon D80?

hey guys...i need help for buying the product...in comex fair its selling at $2399 with alot of useful freebies like a tripod, 2x2GB sd card, LCD protector, radio photo frame, umbrella, crumpler bag, AF 70 - 300mmG lens handstrap...and the other choice is the D40x...which is $1188...and with lesser free stuffs...may i know which 1 more worth it???
