Hello, as I'm under-utilising my Nikon D70s DSLR set (D70s body and AF-S NIKKOR 18-70mm DX Lens, and 1GB LEXAR CF Card), I figured I might as well rent it out instead of letting it sit and collect dust. Just to make it fuss-free, I'm renting out the entire basic set at:

SGD$30.00 for 2 days
SGD$40.00 for 3 days
SGD$50.00 for 4 days
SGD$60.00 for 5 days
SGD$70.00 for 6 days
SGD$80.00 for 1 week
SGD$280.00 for 1 month

Terms and Conditions:
* Meet up points and time - Ang Mo Kio or Raffles Place MRT Station, evenings after 7pm.
* Proof of Identification (IC, Passport or SAF 11B) of both parties will be shown and verified. After which, photocopies of identification details will be exchanged.
* Equipment will be fully checked on the spot by the consumer before any form of exchange or transaction is made between me, the one renting out the equipment, and the person with the intention of renting out said equipment.
* If equipment fails AFTER the checks are made and consumer is satisfied, it is the consumer's duty to report any problems to me ASAP.
* In the event that damages are due to the fault of the consumer, or if malfunctioning occurs AFTER the mandatory checks, I, as the owner of the equipment, expect that the consumer assumes responsibility and is obliged to see to the repair/s and/or replacement of said equipment and pay for any charges incurred from repair/s and/or replacements, apart from the rental charges.
* A cash deposit of 25% of the agreed price with relevance to the duration of rental (eg. SGD$4.50 will be paid upfront if the duration of the rental is only for 1 day, of which the total cost is SGD$18.00), will be made out to me by the consumer in cash.
* Full payment at the end of rental period will be made out in cash.
* In the event that I am not able to personally attend to the consumer (probably due to the fact that I'm still doing my National Service, thus this rental service in the first place), a representative of mine will proceed with the agreement between the consumer and I. Prior arrangements will be made out in detail, and proofs of identification on my part will still take place as per normal.
