Because it's made in japan? ;p

do not buy the 1st batch lah.
expensive and got design bugs.
for D70(s), users no need to upgrade. won't be much better just changing the body rather spending the extra on lens.

but nikon small size mount is the limitation of full frame, spending on DX or none-DX or 3rd party Di lens will be another problem.

canon users no such worries.

Bro, this is a myth and a myth created by Nikon enemy. Don't u know that Kodak has a FF Nikon mount DSLR, and never heard of such problem. You got brain-wash real bad. Time to do some cleaning.

Haven't you seen of light fall pictures from Canon 5D? ;p

Actually, my word no power one, u must ask espn. I think he playing a set right now at home. :bsmilie:

Dec 19th should be reliable...unless some dealer secretly release it earlier.

The light fall off is significant, even on L lenses and primes. No cure for that except to spend time DI'ing to fix that. Even then, the corners will be softer, as seen on the MTF charts... No cure for *this*

what's wrong if it's made in china? it's still nikon.

they don't put factory in china because they want low quality, it's for cutting cost.
