Nikon 10-30mm recall

I thought I had a fault with my v1, and it turns out that the 10-30mm lens has a recall:
Free fix!

I didn't know about the recall. Anyway, my copy of that lens just died. Brought it to Nikon SG and they repaired it FOC.

I had 2 copies died on me out of warranty. Luckily I did not junk them. Using the PD version nowadays.
What should I do with 2 good copies if Nikon can really fix them?
