Noob here too.... interested to know about the limitation of the number of PC can install with single purchase.. and can it run standalone... I do not have Photoshop software.... only use the iPad version of snapseed.. and I love it's super friendly user interface.

These are designed as plugins, so nope, you can't use them standalone.
