Let bygone be bygone. The fact is you are careless to drop it in the water. Nobody like it anyway. I know that you are pissed with everything. Just relax. Come and think about, Customer Service Officer are not technician nor either they are expert so they would know anything about it. Dun assume they know everything just by a look. Pass to the expert, they will do it.
We complain always and that's never ending story. If you were in their shoes, handling of so many hundreds of devices a day, how would you think. They are rushing for things to repair and hope to serve the customer fast. And thats mean that your device in under the Q as well. Dun expect to jump Q. It true that QC part had to be done, but sometime, its inevitable for human error. Put ourselves in their shoes. Devices had been repaired doesnt mean it wouldnt spoil again. If you are bad luck on devices, you are always. (Im one of those too! :bsmilie: )
