yes, it is houses of parliament, that big clock is the big ben.. :bsmilie:

i just take two shots, and then paste on top, erase to reveal the details accordingly. as for blending mode, i keep it as normal.

the trouble is making sure that the erasing is done properly. it takes time, but after some practice it gets easier and easier.

thanks. was cropped from a larger picture, you can see it on my pbase here.that tree made it worth freezing my ass in winter that morning, because i went for sunrise, hoping to catch deer fighting in the mist (predicted weather was fog).. but no sunrise.. :sweat:

lol... great effort. the fog is just perfect to mask the background. it will be a amazing sight with morning sunlight shining through... tat will definitely be a winner i guess!
