ahaha, it's some silly number sign.. for the audioguide.
should i clone it out? :dunno:
IMHO, yes...mebbe can also consider cropping away some of the bottom to place the horizon at the bottom third -> pano shot.

Chimneys
I love the treatment. The chimneys were like stretching to the skies and the person there is a good scale measurement.![]()
thanks - those black little dots are tourists, the stones are huge, but i had a wide angle lens
which is actually a sore point, i should have brought my 35-80 or 50 at the least along, or maybe my kit lens.. but i was lazy and got up late.. so only had my 10-20. the distance at which you are allowed to view the stones is quite depressing. sure, i've seen it in real life now, but i think some documentaries get closer than that.
can't blame them though, the audioguide claimed that many people in earlier times used to rush to the area with a hammer and chisel to take some souveneirs. i have no doubt that, with the proliferation of e-commerce today, similar would happen if they let everyone go up close.. certainly some tourists would want to make the most of their entry fee. :bsmilie:
thanks jayne - hope everything is fine with ya. be strong.thanks for sharing, it's interesting to note that tourists are not allowed anywhere near to the area.
also liked the panp crop later on by Zaren.
