yes, rapture is taken in the tate modern
actually i'm not supposed to take photos in the gallery
but erm, no one told me before that so oh well
what lift, though? there is no lift - somehow all the lines there have a little drain thing beneath them, no idea what it is for

but very amusing, if you "move" the protective wire barrier for too long it will sound a small alarm, hee hee

hahahaha actually i cheated la, a lot of people take from this viewpoint so i looked for it
but slightly different perspective chosen , i guess

you mean, the swan posing or the light?
light wasn't my choice, just happened to be there =)
anyways i had been shooting swans for quite some time with another photographer friend;
then we decided that we needed aid to get them to pose
so after feeding them with some bread, my friend waved at the silly swan with a leaf because it kept preening itself

and it looked up for a moment, took this with gnd then

as for processing, did a hdr from raw
adjusted color balance because the light was too boring (grey)
upped contrast slightly, then upped exposure while lowering gamma to "bring out" the rays
something zaren mentioned before =)
