Night sky reflection?

Where did you take the picture from? One Fullerton? Merlion Park?

I just shot @ One Fullerton, outside Starbucks Coffee. I was 1 metre away from the colorful standing light, and it resulted in flare in my shots.

So be careful of where you stand when you shoot there.
